FIDES PAC is a limited liability Public Accounting corporation incorporated in Singapore in 2014 by the founder of Goh Ngiap Suan & Co which was established since 1980. We are currently in the phased transition of our practice from Goh Ngiap Suan & Co to FIDES PAC. Our firms and affiliate firms are providing auditing, taxation, corporate secretarial, corporate recovery and restructuring services.
We are acting as auditors of several companies and unincorporated entities including MCST, mutual benefit organisation, unions etc. Our auditing clients are in wide spectra of industries, including engineering/construction, manufacturing, trading, retailing, insurance agents, ship owners and agents, transport services, education providers, information technology consultants and contractors, etc. We provide Statutory audit for SME, Special Purpose Audits, Assurance Engagements Reports on Compliance under SSAE 3000; Engagements to Perform Agreed-upon Procedures Regarding Financial information etc.
Our affiliate firms provide consultancy, advisory for entities and individual in relation to income tax, goods and service tax, pension contribution, dividend matters, appropriate group structures, tax efficiency arrangements, corporate recovery etc.
For corporate secretarial services, we are able to assist in the registration of business firms, LLP, corporations, foreign companies, offshore companies, act as secretaries filling agent, handle all corporate minutes, resolution, XBRL and all necessary filings of documents and events with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
We are staffed with two Public Accountants, several Chartered Accountants, Certified Chartered Accountants, ACCA graduates, accountancy degree and diploma holders.

FIDES PAC and its affiliate firm GOH NGIAP SUAN & CO have been appointed as an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) by the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC) in the Singapore Qualification Programme (Singapore QP). Being an ATO signifies that we have been recognised by the SAC as having an appropriate working environment and mentoring support for staff who wish to undertake the Singapore QP.
