I brought my son to this clinic based on good reviews. However, our experience was not as expected. The doctor seemed unsure about the situation and spoke in a way that didn’t inspire confidence. Eventually, we were advised to visit a pediatrician. While I appreciate the referral, I believe it would have been better if the doctor had been upfront about not being able to address the issue and apologized while recommending further evaluation with a pediatrician. Clear and confident communication would have made the experience more reassuring.

Today I went for a skin problem consultation, to A klinik Jelutong. The problem was quite serious ,the doctor immediately checked it and has given me an injection to subside the itching and inflammation. Also prescribed some oral medicines . Hope the problem subsides soon.
The staff here are very helpful and friendly and service offered is quite good. Especially Mrs.Mani helped us a lot.

Wonderful to have designated parking Infront of clinic. Dr Loh was personable. The blood draw and ECG was pretty straightforward. However the customer service handling appointments lack communicating the need for proper documents to present when showing up at the clinic.
