Just had 2 technicians come to my home to inspect what was the cause of our power blackout in the house. We highly suspected it was a/c related. Mr Mohi & Mr Reza were very friendly and professional. They helped us to trace the cause of the blackout. Turns out it was not our a/c, and they were so kind to help us remove the faulty light that was the problem. Tq for the prompt service!

I messaged on a Saturday, two technicians arrived within 1 hour. My aircon was not cooling very well beforehand. They did a full chemical clean of both indoor units and the outdoor unit. The outdoor unit had to be brought inside to clean because of its location. The team were very clean and professional. My aircon is now perfectly cool. Thank you Coolman! A huge thank you for finding a smart solution to fix one of my two old aircon systems. Instead of replacing the entire unit, we agreed to change only the indoor block.
