佛跳墙是中华美食的首席名菜之一。主要成分有鲍鱼，花胶，海参，干贝，发菜，花菇等山珍海味。它也含有各种滋补品如：防党，当归，杞子，玉竹等。由于它浓郁荤香又荤而不腻，因此有＂坛启荤香飘四邻，佛闻弃禅跳墙来＂之名言。佛跳墙营养价值高，具有强身健体，滋补养生及增强免疫力之功效。佛跳墙把十种名贵中药材煨于一坛，既要有共同的荤味，又得保持各自的特色。因此是不容易煨制的中华美食。由于阿业生于药材世家，深懂药材品质，才能泡制出香气扑鼻，直入心脾。其汤浓色褐，却厚而不腻，吃了令人回味无穷！
