Legit the bestest bouncy castle in +65.

The revamped course is so big an adult will feel like a kid. The slides make your insides flip.

My wife and I just organised a birthday party for our firstborn. The staff were friendly, flexible, took initiative, and super helpful. They cooked so much good food. Shout out to Joshua, Ash, Zulfah and Natasha - You deserve a raise! Thank you for making everyone happy like the chubby kids we all once were. What a great day!

This place is a paradise indeed for my niece and nephew. They were having a blast, so much so It took a lot of persuasion before I finally got them to leave and promised to bring them another time. Vibrant colors and lots of laughter from kids having fun over there. I will definitely bring my niece and nephew again.

It is a beautiful decorated place and big , we can play many areas from trampoline to small & big slide, climb up & pass through many different shapes of bouncy floats , swim in big ball pits . my kid , sister & I really enjoy it. Worth the money for 2 hour play. We also Can sit a while in between the play & buy their snacks. Staff is helpful to recommend to buy $3 good grip sock for my kid, good safety for kid to play. Will come back again in future.

A great big place for kids to enjoy. Plenty of fun areas for kids to play. We came today on Saturday but Bouncy Paradise implement crowd control in order to avoid overcrowding which is really smart. Whilst it is busy, it does not feel uncomfortable at all. There’s seating area for parents or caregivers to sit.

A small recommendation: perhaps Bouncy Paradise can provide waiting bench outside while families wait for their turn to enter.

My girl was ecstatic jumping on the bouncy castles and playing with the balls. I loved the look on her face when she managed to climb up the obstacle, go over the ridge and slide down! The look of achievement on her face was priceless. She kept climbing up and sliding down repeatedly. Built her confidence level by leaps and bounds.

First time playing at Bouncy Paradise.. Overall, it was really fun and enjoyable for my family 5 of us! Reasonably priced, Cleanlinesss and Safety wise the crews were observed to be doing their best, so parents/guardian ought to show some social responsibility too. Before entering into the premise, to consider giving a short prep talk on safety measures to your children to avoid injuries. It can be abit overcrowding, air con wasn't really cool so my big boys found it a little stuffy hence just a suggestion to spilt into few blocks of playtime sessions for the day and allow the crews to cope better, quickly sanitise the area, ventilate and cool down the area in order to ensure the well being of the jumpers. In summary, we will be back soon for sure and hope to see some enhanced play excitment!

Before COVID, I did not recommend the place because of the lack of updates on the Queue status for parents to make an informed decision if it was worth the time going down. A couple of times I went down but in vain because the waiting time was more than an hour and there’s practically nothing to occupy your time while waiting. However, after the circuit breaker, they had an online registration which limits the registrants to 50 pax per session. This is such a fantastic idea and I immediately got my slot after making online payment. My kids had crazy fun and the service was TOP notch. It rained when our time was up and Mr grey shirt (sorry I didn’t get your name!) helped me watch my kids while I went to get the car in the rain. When I drove over, he assisted my kids into the car and I was immensely thankful for the help and service rendered. The 50 pax limit also allowed ample space for the younger kids to run freely without being worried about the older kids bumping into them. I believe the pax limit will make it harder for them to recover cost, now that it is being disinfected frequently and more costs are being incurred. But I feel that it is so much more fun and worth it now and I do recommend at you visit this place so that they have enough to continue. I definitely will! (My kids were 3 and 6yo)

Our child had an enjoyable morning! With the limited pax due to Covid19, the place is not so crowded. The 2hr session was just nice!

A concern that we would like to raise is that some children were allowed to go in to the play area despite not wearing any mask on.

The website has stated that mask & sock are compulsory. The staffs should emphasize on this ( maybe provide free mask for these children if they didn't have any ) especially with the Covid19 situation where saliva & hygiene are involved. After all, childcare centres are practising mask wearing in school so these children are actually able to wear masks as well!

Thank you Bouncy Paradise for providing a wonderful family bonding activity!

Good place for kids to play but should put a limit to the timing cause it can be quite packed. Maybe can do like booking system, per/hr with a fixed number of children can play.. For weekend fix a limit of 2hrs max. Overall the place is clean and would recommend to others.

enjoyable for kids and adults. be aware though that for CB period, 2 hrs booking is actually 1 hr and 45 mins. They will ask you to leave 15mins earlier because they will be disinfecting the place for the next set of users.
