Migrant workers who need legal help can visit the Migrant Workers’ Law Centre @ MWC, a joint initiative between the Migrant Workers’ Centre (MWC) and Pro Bono SG, supported by the Migrant Workers’ Assistance Fund (MWAF).
Located at 579 Serangoon Road, the Law Centre provides free on-site legal advice, guidance, and representation for Work Permit and S Pass holders facing issues such as:
* Workplace injuries
* Employment or salary disputes
* Repatriation concerns
* Scams or money-lending problems
* Criminal or other legal matters
Operating hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:45pm
Saturday: 11:00am – 3:00pm
