She is highly experienced, knowledgeable and knows exactly which muscle groups to target to ease any body tension that you may have. Regardless of whether it is muscle soreness from workouts, injury strains or chronic pain, Coco has always been able to find a solution for me. Absolutely the Best Massage Experience with Faith (Alexandra branch) Been a long time customer of Alexandra branch (6 years), and I managed to book a massage with Faith, with recommendation from a colleague. Very impressed with her massage technique and level of service. I'm a physiotherapist by profession, and judging by Faith's massage, she must have had a background in physiotherapy as well. Her massage can be deep or relaxing depending on your preference, and yet it leaves absolutely no bruises. Also, communication is excellent since her first language is English. Unlike many other therapists I've been to, Faith took the time to do a quick assessment of my needs and problem areas prior to the massage, and customized the massage specially for my specific condition. Her strokes are very precisely done, with good flow and directly on point. I felt my knots being slowly eased away and very relaxed after the massage. Also, based on our conversation throughout the massage, I'm pretty sure Faith could be a certified counsellor as well. I shared with her about struggling with a loss of a loved one, and she provided me with sound and supportive advice on how to cope with the situation and how to move forward positively. I left the spa feeling like a new person, physically and mentally. I may just be paying for a massage, but I received so much more in return. Would also like to commend the excellent and courteous service from your front desk staff, before and after the massage. Can't really find much fault with my experience here, except maybe the rooms are quite small and there are not a lot of food options in the area around the spa. I'm already planning my next visit, and I'll definitely recommend Faith and Alexandra branch to those around me. Keep up the good work!

Always good experience Went to the Tampines branch and Jessie was really good as during the massage itself I could feel the tension ease off and after the massage, I could already turn my neck without any discomfort. Price is really reasonable. My go-to massage place.
