I have just completed my 24 months with Tuas Power and decided to sign up for another fixed 36. Previously was with another company which went folded. After doing my homework, I decided to sign up with TP to try out. I was happy with the customer service and the ease of integration into the big family. I have since then referred a few of my friends and family members to sign up with them. Good job!

I started off from another electric retailer. Decided to switch to Tuas Power once contract ended because of same bill with SP which makes it very convenient to monitor usage. No frills plans. Current plan expiring in April. Decided to renew another 3 years. I find it's still the cheapest rate after comparison with other companies 👍

Called the customer service earlier on.. to compare the available package. They quickly identified I'm an existing customer (already > 2 years customer) and clearly explained the plans, the bill rebates and promotions available, am thankful. I liked the fact that the bill is merged with SP services as it's easily accessible via app. Also great to know that every Christmas, there's some free gifts... ... looking forward. Thanks to the Tuas Power team for working hard behind the scene!

[Customer Services] i switched over to Tuas 24 mths ago, so far the Combined billing is easy to monitor the bills, and when u leave a msg for enquiry etc they do give a Returned call which i appreciate. During Festive holidays they will have goodies for redeem or greetings which i find Customer Oriented & Heart Warming, Just renewed with them Jan 2024 the process was so easy.

I have been with Tuas Power for 4 years, renewal process is very simple, 1st 3 years rate is cheaper a lot compared to SP Power, 4th year still cheap and fix price, no need to worry about electric bill keep rising. Able recontract by end of the year 2023 even still leave 7 months contract, so can save the bill coz year 2024 Jan - March is the highest electric rate since year 2009. Believe electric rate will keep high and difficult to go down. Can check the usage through SP App too, easy of monitoring.
