With over 30 years in the industry, he has coached around 5,000 students, becoming one of the most sought-after instructors. Lip serves as a brand ambassador for leading companies like TaylorMade, Adidas Golf, and Foresight Sports, and over the past decade, has built a following of nearly 100k golfers on Instagram. His influence reaches far beyond social media, with significant contributions to major product launches.
As a commentator for ESPN Star Sports from 2005 to 2014, Lip provided live commentary for the Masters at Augusta National Golf Club from 2010 to 2013, and again in 2015, showcasing his expertise to a global audience.
A dedicated philanthropist, Lip has partnered with various charities to support and raise awareness for important causes.

Wai Kei, with 25 years of golfing experience and a Singapore PGA certification, has competed at an elite level, representing his school and club teams in numerous tournaments in Singapore.
As the head of the junior golfers program within his club, he mentors young athletes, sharing his extensive knowledge and passion for the game, fostering their growth.
Wai Kei is committed to enhancing his students’ performance and expanding the junior program to support and inspire the next generation of golfers.

Having represented Singapore sports school for 5 years, Wai Onn brings a wealth of experience to the sport and has competed at the elite national level in Singapore.
His goal is to make golf accessible to all, particularly underprivileged children.
Known for his caring nature, patience, and strong ethical values, he strives to instill a love for golf in all his students, promoting respect and self-discipline both on and off the course.

Dr. Jay-Lee Nair, is an Australian sport psychologist in Singapore since 2012. She earned two psychology degrees in the U.S. while playing NCAA Div-1 collegiate golf on a scholarship, achieving academic all-American honors. She specializes in helping young athletes with performance anxiety.
Her Masters and doctorate focused on perfectionism in sport. In Singapore, she supports high achievers and perfectionists, fueling her passion for psychology. She shares her insights in her first book, *Good Sport*.
