"Rhythm & Groove aims to provide opportunities to any girl who wants to be exposed to Rhythmic Gymnastics and developed to her fullest potential. Join us for a trial class today! Recreational, developmental, and competitive classes available for girls aged 2 and up.

Rhythm & Groove Winstedt is our largest rhythmic gymnastics hall, located just off the bustling Newton Food Centre, along the old charming Winstedt Estate.

With a fully equipped rhythmic gymnastics hall, including FIG-approved competition mats with ceiling heights up to 13m high, our gymnasts have more than enough space to safely train and perform their routines.

The hall also comes with a dance studio as well as a air-conditioned lounge for our gymnasts to relax."

Rhythm & Groove is a Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy in Singapore.

It was founded in May 2017 by ex-gymnast, internationally-accredited FIG Coach and Judge, Ms. Andrea Leong.

Rhythm & Groove aims to provide opportunities to any girl who wants to be exposed to Rhythmic Gymnastics and developed to her fullest potential.

We aim to groom all-rounded dancers and gymnasts, with a strong emphasis on character and tenacity. To provide the best environment to allow your inner dancer and gymnast to shine forth with character, finésse, and grace.
