Our menu celebrates the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean, Mexico, and South America, bringing you dishes inspired by Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and beyond. We strive to create the ultimate modern Latin American gastro experience, offering fresh ingredients, perfectly crafted cocktails, and a selection of world-class wines.

Chef Rene Hernandez created our menu. He is a culinary expert trained at El Bulli in Barcelona under Ferran Adrià. He has worked alongside renowned chefs like Jesús Ramiro Pastor, Alain Ducasse, and Douglas Rodriguez. His accolades include:
