Do you provide the moving service on Sundays/ Public Holidays?

A: Yes, please let us know in advance if you are planning to move on Sundays/ Public Holidays.

How can I get a quotation from Extra Space Asia's e-Move Services?

A: Customers can simply contact us via WhatsApp at 83 452 452 to receive a free e-Move quotation.

What is your moving cost like?

A: Our moving cost starts from S$250. Please contact us so that we can advise you on the actual cost for all of the items that you wish to move.

Does the destination have to be at Extra Space Asia Self-Storage?

A: No, the destination does not have to be at Extra Space Asia Self-Storage. It can be at location of your choice.

What modes of payment do you accept?

A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Internet Transfer and PayNow.

When do I need to make payment for the moving service?

A: 50% of the amount stated in the Quotation will be collected as a deposit upon confirmation. The balance 50% will be collected upon completion.

When do I have to make a booking slot for my moving?

A: Our moving slots are based on a first-come, first-served basis, subjected to availability.

Any urgent fees if I need to move immediately?

A: There are no additional fees but subjected to availability.

What happens in the event of an unforeseen scenario like rain or lift breakdown?

A: Our Moving team will advise you on the day if these were to happen and it varies from situation to situation.

Is there additional charges that I have to take note of?

A: Yes, there will be additional charges for the following:
* Extra Pickups and/or Drop-off locations.
* Collection/Delivery of items above Ground Floor, where there are no provisions of lift(s).
* Distance from premise to vehicle is more than 80 metres.
* Any work or preparation that was mutually agreed to be completed by Customer in advance that are not completed prior to our Mover's arrival that results in a longer time required during the moving process, higher final invoice and in some rare cases, additional moving day which is subjected to availability.

If I need to cancel the Moving job, will there be cost incurred?

A: Please inform our Moving team immediately if you need to cancel the Moving job.
* If it's within 48 hours from the Date of Move, there will be no refund of the reservation deposit.
* If it's more than 48 hours from the Date of Move, we will refund 50% of the reservation deposit.

If I need to postpone the Moving job, will there be cost incurred?

A: Please inform our Moving team immediately if you need to postpone or change the moving date.
* If it's within 48 hours from the Date of Move, $100 fee will be imposed and subjected to availability.
* If it's more than 48 hours from the Date of Move, the date is subjected to availability. If we are not able to accommodate to the re-schedule date, the moving job will be considered as cancelled job and we will refund 50% of the reservation deposit.

Do you provide storage service?

A: If you need additional storage service, you can choose to store at any of our Extra Space Asia Self-Storage facilities. Please contact us at 6771 3100 to receive a free storage quotation.

Do you provide boxes?

A: We will provide all of our Customers 10 free boxes. If you need additional boxes, it will cost $5 per box.

Do you provide packing materials?

A: If you need packing materials such as stretch films, bubble wraps etc., you can purchase them from us.

What items are excluded in the moving process?

A: This is the list of items that we do not cover in our Moving process:
* Jewellery, bullions, cash, precious stones, precious metals, cash cards, document of value, stamps and wine bottles.
* Illegal items.
* Flammable and explosive items.
* Live animals including pets, fish and birds.
