Reached out to Melvin via Whatsapp and we arranged an appointment down at the showroom with him. Met up with Melvin and he recommended us a few colours, design and choices based on the theme of our house. We opted for day and night curtain for our living room and bedrooms. The process was really fuss free and easy. After we made our choices, we made a down payment on site and then arrange a day and time for installation. It was really fast! The installation folks and team came and install on appointment date. We are really happy with our curtain installed, it was very nicely done and both colours look so good in our living room and bedroom!! And it is easy to pull too. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had. The curtains that were provided were of excellent quality and the measurements were to a tee with a reasonable price! Really thankful for having them as they finished my home reno with those beautiful curtains. I chanced upon this place one day and asked for a quote. The staff were REALLY NICE and went about asking what I planned to have for the different rooms. Then they explained what kind of materials will give certain opacity, allowing different amounts of light shining through and gave certain recommendations. The installation process was really quick too and I was really happy with the results. They even gave advice on how to maintain the curtains. Really grateful for them!!

This is a long overdue review that I owe Melvin. The Curtain Artelier have an amazing team right down to their installer. Competitive pricing and honest. Their installer actually highlighted to us a small black speck (which i honestly will not be able to see unless close up) on my day curtain while installing and offered to change the whole day curtain for us.
