I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the chicken rice served here. The meat was soft and silky, succulent and tasty. The rice was tastefully done, fragrant and not too oily. The only drawback was the chilli which needs to pack more of the sourness and gingerly flavour. The Aloo Chat was great too...providing a nice touch to the palate. It helped to water down the food, and provide a soft touch to the end.

Had a fantastic birthday brunch at Kwee Zeen with Farah, Ruby & Albert providing excellent service as usual. They recognised us on our second visit and ensured everything was smooth from kids high chair & cutlery to ensuring the table was clear and drinks were topped up. The buffet selection is vast & quality of food is top notch. What makes it an excellent experience is the service of the staff who are attentive and quick with any request. Will definitely dine again for their weekend brunch. Great spot for family & friends.

Seafood was amazing with free flow of crabs, lobsters, oysters. Prawns were also very nice but ran out very quickly. The sichuan beef was surprisingly tender and nice. Great overall experience for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

Executive Junior Sous Chef Low Boon Han
Chef Low Boon Han is a veteran in the hospitality industry. At Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, he oversees the kitchens of the Resort's dining outlets, especially Kwee Zeen. In correspondence with the Sofitel Cultural Link, Chef Low takes the approach of fusion cooking, combining French and local cuisines, evident from the extensive breakfast buffet spreads every morning to the French Tropical High Tea and signature local favourites. With a commitment to sustainability, Chef Low also works closely with our purchasing team to source local products across various categories.
