I live close by St. Lawrence Market and shop there at least once a week. I've tried all the butchers, and SK is hands down the best. I eat out regularly at Harbour 60, The Butcher Chef and Hy's, and SK's top cuts from Canada and the USA are at the same level or even above. I only buy my meat there and have recommended SK to several of my foodie friends. Every one of them has had a great experience. The owner cares about his customers and if I've ever needed something, he is super responsive and engaged. Highly highly recommended.

The best butcher in town, I love the marinated chicken breasts, they use top quality fresh spices on all the marinates, and the chicken breasts are excellent, so fresh and juicy. All products offered including sausages and burgers are amazing. And Sainu is the best, he takes good care of his customers making us feel welcome every time.

SK quality meats is our favourite butcher at St Lawrence Market. They sell high quality Canadian meats from local farms and producers. We are picky with the marbling of our steaks/roasts and will compare what we want across multiple butchers - Sainu always has the best ones. He is the only butcher in the area that stocks Berkshire pork, a heritage pork breed with rich, juicy meat with a porkier flavour then common breeds. I discovered Berkshire pork a few years ago and they are the only pork chops I eat today! Sainu and his team are very friendly and go out of their way to get us the cuts that we want, prepared the way that we want. Try their Canadian Prime Ribeyes steaks and the Berkshire rib chops!
