I would like to recommend Lune Brillante (Haga lights). I bought 2 sets of haga lights - CCT-dimmable (2 drivers with 2 receivers) which is recommended for my living and dining room. Everybody I met at Lune Brillante, at different touch-point, was very friendly. First visited the showroom on 22 March 2025 at 531 Upper Cross Street #03-02, Hong Lim Complex. Given an estimated quote. I went home and took a long time to decide and research on other lighting options. In between, Mr Raymond followed-up with whatsapp texts and sent me more links about Haga lights. Did a second visit on 3 May 2025 to see the demo again and ensure this is something I like. Raymond was friendly and I didn't feel pressured to buy. Chose Haga lights over doing false ceiling with the traditional downlights. Finally made partial payment on 7 May 2025 to commit. This was roughly the process:- 1) First, the Haga installer Mr Sky was arranged to do a survey of the electrical works required at my residence (where to run the wires, how to conceal, etc) and to give a quote for the works. Sky was friendly to explain everything he needed to do. 2) Then Haga lights was smoothly delivered to my residence by Mr Jia Qing. He was detailed to take photos of everything (all the parts) he delivered ;-) We had a nice chat. 3) After full payment made, next, an installation date was arranged with Sky. Installation by one-man-show Sky was smooth and took about 6-7 hours. He was friendly and skillful to install and to ensure the Haga profiles followed the recommended specs, e.g haga profile 8-10cm from the ceiling. 4) After the installation was completed, Haga technician manager Mr Frankie and his colleague Ms Eli came down another day to check the completed work and to teach me how to use the Tuya Smart app to control/sync-pair the Haga lights. Took me some time to digest because I am not so tech-savvy. 5) I went down to the showroom on a Sat again to exchange a wrong remote control I bought. Need to use a R7 CCT-type remote and not a R8 RGB-type remote (for RGB colors). This time I met Stanley who was also helpful to explain to me again how to use Tuya Smart. BIG thanks to the whole Lune Brillante team (Raymond, Sky, Jia Qing, Frankie, Eli, and Stanley) for providing a great buying experience from the start to the end. Throughout, they were responsive to my whatsapp queries and they were patient to explain. Note: have not painted over the the haga profiles using the same paint as my wall. So will look even nicer. Sorry, don't know how to upload the video on this platform.
