Beautiful, neat, comfortable room.Fast wifi, all equipment works well.

During my stay, I found the reception staff to be exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my requests. Their positive attitude made a significant difference in my experience. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Syaz, Sera, and Nabila for making my stay truly wonderful. Their exceptional hospitality and attentiveness made a significant impact on my experience.

It's not a bad place to stay if you are coming with your pets and have limited options for accommodations. The rooms are basic and clean and the beds are comfortable. What we didn't like about the place is that it's a bit far from Georgetown. Approximately 30 mintes to drive down there during rush hour. Coming from KL, we obviously want to eat as much of the good Penang food as possible, so it was quite troublesome to drive to Georgetown everytime we wanted to eat our favorite foods. The pros is that it is close to the "Straits Green Park by the sea" which is dog friendly and a good place to bring your dog to potty. So there's pros and cons la. Decent place overall, just too bad that the location is a bit far from our favorite makan places.

Place great with nice view

A spacious apartment unit for those who take a family suite (8pax). Comes with 4 x queen size beds. There is an android decoder provided to watch movies, you really don't get bored of life if you can't go out for a walk when it rains. If you want to go to eat in Georgetown, it's not far. I am satisfied.

Great place to stay. Great hospitality.. one downside is theres no washing machine. And limited elevator available..

I recently stayed at The Only BNB Tower A Floor 32 that was quite impressive. The facilities offered were excellent. First of all, the staff here were very friendly and informative, always ready to assist with any needs.The swimming pool is large, clean, and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, the room we stayed in offered a stunning sea view, providing a serene and refreshing atmosphere every morning.However, there is one drawback that should be noted, especially for Muslim guests. Unfortunately, the apartment does not provide prayer rugs or prayer garments for prayer. This could be an important consideration for those who need these amenities during their stay.Overall, this apartment is a great choice with very affordable price (hopefully the good price not changed). Then the location is perfect, Its only 15 minutes to city center by car and comfortable accommodation with ample facilities, though it has a minor shortfall in terms of prayer amenities. The nice service and nice room

Exceptional experience! The spacious, immaculate room coupled with the expansive balcony view truly stood out. Pauline’s warmth and meticulous attention to service at the front desk were remarkable. Highly commendable for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at the Only BnB, and it was a great experience. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had a cozy vibe making the stay comfortable. The location worked well for exploring nearby attractions. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and would recommend it for a pleasant stay. The guy at the front was very friendly. Made things easy, and their chill vibe set a good vibe for the stay.

I would like to compliment, Ms Pauline for her great customer service as she took her time to explain every single things that I should aware during my check in. She speaks fast but still able to understand as she needs to attend next waiting customer. Absolutely professional and thanks a lot.Room is organised better and decently clean with amenities provided.Location is absolutely perfect with a lot of eatery nearby.

We were very thankful to bump into The Only Bnb late into the evening as we had a last minute change of plans for accommodation and we have a cat in tow. The picked up my call, and I'm guessing the owner was on the other line. He helped to arrange for admin to connect and reserved a unit for us almost immediately. They truly came out as a savior for us.The admin desk closes at 12am and opens at 9am. For booking with pet RM30 extra charge, and additional RM200 deposit (on top of the existing deposit). One parking provided, but you can request additional parking for a flat daily rate.The unit we got was quite spacious and very well equipped for the 5 of us. Overall cleanliness, sheets and bedding were good, but the shower area (tiles, floor, glass) could use some scrubbing. That can get a bit icky to step on.

Room was clean upon check in & view was the best from the balcony. Pauline from The Only Bnb has made this trip for my Father and I an exceptional one. From the service provided prior before booking, to check-in until check-out, it was lovely. Will only come back here because of her service & attitude.
