iStudio is Singapore’s largest Apple Premium Partner, bringing a boutique Apple Experience closer to you. iStudio opened its inaugural boutique at Terminal 3 of Singapore Changi Airport in 2007; being one of the first Apple Premium Resellers located in a Duty Free Departure/Transit Hall. iStudio is proudly Singapore’s first and the only Apple Premium Partner to offer tax-free purchases for patrons departing from the Singapore Changi Airport, also available on iShopChangi. In 2016, they launched their eCommerce, istudiosg.com, reaching out to larger audiences in Singapore and beyond, offering a wide variety of exclusive online promotions only at iStudio.

Retail Specialist/Senior Retail Specialist

Responsibilities:

Introducing and selling of Apple products to our patrons

Introducing and selling of 3rd party products to our patrons

Provide basic product troubleshooting and advice to patrons

Providing excellent service to our patrons

Planning and maintaining adequate inventory in store

Ensure overall cleanliness of store and storeroom

Requirements:

Preferably with Retail Sales experience

Possess knowledge of Apple products – software or related IT products will be an advantage

Willing to work retail hours and shifts (5-day work week with rostered days off)

Must be willing to work in Singapore Changi Airport or Central area

Transport will be provided for candidates stationed to work at Singapore Changi Airport

Training will be provided for Product Knowledge and Soft Skills

Strong Interest in Apple Products is advantageous

Both Full-Time and Part-Time position(s) available

We are an organization of companies that begun operations in 2003. We currently operate and manage brands such as iStudio (Apple Premium Partner) and EpiCentre (Tech Lifestyle). In 2007, Elush Retail Group was appointed Apple Premium Reseller. To date, Elush has expanded to 22 stores – 18 iStudio storefronts, of which 4 are within Singapore Changi Airport and several along Orchard Road as well as multiple in the heartlands.

In December 2016, iStudio revamped their website to launch their eCommerce business: www.istudiosg.com, offering exclusive online promotions and giving patrons the opportunity to purchase Apple products online to reserve their stock before heading to the respective stores for collection or to opt for free shipping, only applicable within Singapore.

With best retail practices, good teamwork, dedication to service excellence and constant improvement, Elush Retail Group has won several Excellent Service Awards (EXSA). This is a national award held annually and recognises individuals who have delivered quality service. The Singapore Retailers Association and SPRING Singapore are part of the organising committee of the event.
