At Singapore Changi Airport, Suites, First Class passengers and Solitaire PPS Club members with confirmed bookings on Singapore Airlines operated flights may check in at the First Class Check-in Reception.
This service is available daily from 0430 to 0200 hours at Terminal 2, and from 0500 to 0200 hours at Terminal 3.
For Terminal 2, porter service is available at Departure Hall Door 1. For Terminal 3, please turn left before Departure Hall Door 1 into the First Class Driveway as you approach the airport.

Just like the service in a top-class hotel, our Passenger Relations Officer will greet you when you arrive, and a porter will unload your baggage and assist you through to our elegant First Class Check-in facility, located next to immigration.
Exclusively for you
A private entrance from the lounge leads you directly to Immigration, after which you can proceed to theSilverKris Loungeor to your boarding gate.

Our Passenger Relations Officer will handle your check-in while you sit back and enjoy the comfort of the lounge.
