Jook-Sing Technique Homemade Noodles
The art of Jook-Sing Technique of making noodles is considered one of the rarest forms of noodle-making in existence. It involves mixing eggs, flour and other ingredients together by hand, then riding a bamboo log to knead the dough and produce chewy, springy noodles.
Home of Sarawak Kolok Mee
Kolok mee or mee kolo is a type of Sarawakian noodle dish, characteristically light and tossed in pork lard. Kolok mee is a favourite and a staple food in the state, it is found at every corner of every street and be served any time of the day for breakfast, lunch, and supper!

Nice place for a tasty and comforting bowl of pan mee (handmade noodles). There's a wide variety of styles based on the same base noodles (eg. dry, soup, curry, etc) and you can order your noodles to come thin or flat. In addition, you'll also find a nice selection of side dishes (eg. dumplings) and other local fare such as nasi lemak.
