• We went to Causeway Point for window shopping, stop by to browse at some gold jewellery stores but did not purchase any item. But as we step into PH, we were greeted by one sales lady with a smile. Although I specifically told her that I don't intend to buy anything from the start, but just want to browse some of PH gold jewellery, she didn't flip instead continue to show me all items I requested to see without hesitation. Her pleasant attitude and manners made us felt at ease. So, I requested to see more items. She explains and help to calculate every item despite the fact I decline as the workmanship was above my expectation. Her patience respecting us to ponder over our decision was impressive. At last we bought 2 gold bangle, 1 ring and a pair of earrings. Anyway, her passion, her pro-activeness and professionalism in handling difficult situation with much calm will be one of the shared story for my current organisation of an outstanding customer service model!
