Experience the quintessence of Cantonese cuisine with Best Dim Sum in the heart of Bukit Bintang (non-halal)
Lai Ching Yuen presents honest and traditional Cantonese cuisine amidst the classic and opulent ambience. The décor evokes two Chinese garden pavilions joined to form a main dining area, and its stunning red and black accents exude a sophisticated, glamorous setting.
The open kitchen allows guests to witness and interact with the chefs while they are preparing the dim sum.
With key emphasis of using only the freshest produce, the menu composition reflects balance of flavours, textures and skilfull cooking technique; with a gist of the chefs' subtle modern interpretation to some Cantonese dishes.
Apart from its reputable dim sum, some noteworthy mentions from its menu are Mini Buddha Jump Over The Wall, Barbecued Whole Suckling Pig, Baked Iberico Pork Ribs, Wok-fried Lobster "Bei Fong Tong' Style, Stewed Spare Ribs with Yam Casserole and Richman Fried Rice with Fresh Scallop, Prawns and Egg White.
