How long do alterations take?


Basic alterations can be done by our in-store tailors within 30 minutes, while more complex alterations can be done within 3 days.


Are alterations complimentary?


No, alterations are not included in the price of the garment. You can find a full list of alteration pricing here.


What is your return policy?


All unworn, unaltered items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.


Can I return my Custom Made order?


Yes, our return policy extends to Custom Made.


When will I receive my refund?


Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of receiving your returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email.


Where can I find my Size Passport details?


Please contact your Suitsupply store or Customer Service for assistance.


Can I pay with a gift card in stores?


Yes, gift cards can be redeemed at all stores, except at our franchise stores. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, Panama, Bogotá, Dubai (all stores), Singapore and all our Korean stores. Physical gift cards purchased in any of the aforementioned stores can only be redeemed in the respective store.
