Wonderful services offered from start to end. Ginny makes beautiful wedding gowns and is super responsible, she knows exactly what we want once we told her the kind of style that we like. Gowns from PWS and actual day are all super beautiful, received loads of compliments from guests. Boss & Photographer Sam is down to earth and friendly, he is very professional in the entire PWS process and took amazing photographs. Also, kudos to Yuki, the MUA recommended as part of the bridal package, she is very friendly and professional. The make-up and hairstyle done by her looks natural and effortlessly beautiful. Bridal package prices are highly reasonable as well, bridal studio is conveniently located near Bugis MRT.    The co-ordinator and gown designer are very friendly and comfortable to be around, not as pushy as the others, the difference is that you can sense their sincerity. While the others, they can be really pushy, and you can sense that they just want your business.

   She is reasonable and accommodating and can offer you best customizable package and she has great fashion sense; the gowns she designs are very elegant yet fashionable. she did not get upset even though I have been changing my minds and gowns at the last minute. She is also very willing to go the extra mile to help with your every need and request.

   The photographer, the boss, is very professional and gives good advice, humorous and tries to make you smile naturally during the shoot. He makes you realise that it is the 'feel' of the photos that matters, he tries to make sure that the angles and poses are near perfect, he rather spends a lot of time perfecting your shoots. He also helped with the weather forecast and suggestions on outdoor shoots. He is also willing to shoot night shoots, without additional charge.

   Their make-up artist May is also very comfortable to be with, really turned me into a real beauty. She even took photos and videos during my wedding and helped us a lot.

We found them through BOWS and were drawn by MBR bridal photos that were hung on their booth and unlike other booths, they were sincere, friendly and not persistent. We signed up for the overseas PWS with them and we would like to thank Sam for his professionalism and endless photos till he got the right shot, Ginny who helped to pick the right gowns for my body shape and Jia Wen, who did my make-up and hair do. Though JW was young, I must say that she has the right attitude and receptive to changes and I was very satisfied with the make-up and hairdo. To the other team members, whom though we did not interact with much, everyone displayed a friendly and homely attitude towards us. We are grateful for such lovely photos and never regretted engaging them for our pws.
