What is the starting price for a custom sofa?
Our Fairfax sofa starts at $1,450 in your choice of fabric and leg finish. Each design is different, please reach out for a design appointment for more information.
What is your shipping policy?
We believe in local and reducing our carbon footprint. We work with the best team for deliveries in and around Los Angeles. We offer a lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship of each piece that we make, so we do not deliver outside of our serviceable area. Delivering only within California also allows us to avoid using any federally mandated chemical flame retardants for a healthier product. We have many clients who arrange third party shipping out of our area.
Can you customize a style that I don't see in the showroom?
We have over 40 styles displayed in the store and patterns for hundreds more in our repertoire, but yes! On top of all of these, we can also build you something completely custom from a photo or drawing.
Do you make any furniture other than sofas?
We can make all kinds of custom upholstered furniture. Sofas and sectionals are our specialty, but we can also make upholstered beds, accent chairs, and some select wood pieces. In our showroom we also have one of a kind accessories, tables and other accent pieces for your space.
I have dogs and kids, does The Joneses offer performance fabrics?
Yes, we offer name brand performance fabrics.All of our fabrics are upholstery grade specifically designed for furniture. All of our fabrics are durable and cleanable. We have personally removed melted chocolate, ballpoint pen, blood and purple lipstick from our fabrics with nothing more than a damp cloth.
What is your warranty policy?
All of our custom made upholstered pieces come with The Joneses Lifetime Warranty for craftsmanship. This includes the frame, seams, zippers, buttons, anything regarding our craftsmanship of the piece.
