What is POPDrop?
SingPost's latest innovation for eCommerce items – simply scan tracking number barcodes to check item status via the SingPost mobile app or www.singpost.com after a hassle-free drop-off.
What are the steps to use POPDrop?
No registration required. Simply follow the steps to use POPDrop.
What kind of items can be accepted at POPDrop?
POPDrop accepts a range of mailing services, including our smartpac and Tracked Letterbox Prepaid Label, Registered Service (Singapore), Speedpost (Singapore) items and ezyReturn for hassle-free returns.
Please note that Speedpost Express and Speedpost Priority are not accepted at the moment.
Differences between SingPost’s POPDrop and POPStop
POPDrop is an automated machine that allows you to send or return trackable eCommerce items any time, any day, while POPStop is a dedicated counter at post offices for shipping and returns of trackable eCommerce items.
Are there any restrictions for items lodged at POPDrop?
Yes, maximum posting dimensions is 324 x 229 x 65 mm. Tracking barcode on item must not be damaged and fully visible to enable drop-off.

Does POPDrop accept items from other courier services?
POPDrop accepts items with unique tracking numbers from SingPost and SingPost's eCommerce partners.
How long does it take for items deposite in POPDrop to be delivered?
All items will be delivered to the recipient within 2 working days, when they are posted by the stipulated cut-off times.
