Went to Hat Yai from December 9th to December 11th. Jeffrey was very kind, and the restaurants he recommended were all excellent.

Really had a good time with Jouis Travel, from start to end the assigned tour lead and everything went smoothly.
Went for the 2D 1N Hatyai tour during the weekend. Friendly tour guides - both local from Jouis itself, Jeffrey and the Thai guide.Well organised and timing quite good planning... though at some places, too short time to explore but appreciate enough free and easy time for us. Well done!

Would definitely recommend people wanting to explore terranganu islands via Jouis as they provided great after care service aswell by constantly checking up on me 😀 Will definitely use them again for my next trip.

August 7, 2022Hi Jeffrey, we are very satisfied with the trip. the tour guide Kenneth is good, the iterinary is also okay. The hotel in Amsterdam and Frankfurt is very good. But I think the hotel rooms in Lucerne and Paris are too old. My room in Lucerne is bad cos the water faucet in the basin and bath flow is too slow. I did feedback to the hotel but very minimal improvement. Other than the 2 hotels the rest of the trip was very good and will not hesitate to recommend Jouis travels to anyone. Their trip planning and execution is clockwork.
