First ever renovation experience, honestly we were very unsure on how to go about the entire process plus we have heard of many stories shared about renovation processes gone wrong. But Jeff and Belle were very patient and supportive in working with us to renovate our new home. From the conceptualisation and planning stages, they really accommodated to our availability as we were largely unable to meet on weekdays due to work commitments. They also provided an abundance of options for us to design our home and explained in great detail the pros and cons of each option, (e.g. tiles, paint, materials, etc) so much so that sometimes we were spoilt for choice. Even when coming to the actual groundwork, both Jeff and Belle made time to inspect each section of our home as the renovation progressed and rectified any defects swiftly. We were frequently updated with photos and videos of the renovation works as they understood we could only go down ourselves on the weekends.
