Pet’s Urine Removal Treatment – From $30

* For handmade rugs, up to 90% of odour can usually be removed (a faint trace may remain close up)
* Lead time may be longer due to delicate cleaning requirements
Visible Stain Treatment – From $30
* All visible stains are treated first before washing (no additional charge)
* Most stains lighten after washing, some may be fully removed
* If further stain removal treatment is required, we will quote and seek your approval before proceeding
* Certain stains may not lighten even after treatment — this can only be determined once we work on the rug

A: The standard turnaround is 7-10 days. Handmade or heavily soiled rugs may require additional time for careful treatment.

A: Yes. These rugs are treated with our specialised hand-cleaning process, using gentle techniques and eco-friendly solutions to protect their fibres, colours, and craftsmanship. Every delicate rug is handled with the care it deserves, as if it were a work of art.
Q4: Is pickup and delivery included in the service?
A: Yes. We provide islandwide pickup and delivery across Singapore for all rug cleaning orders.
Q5: Can rug cleaning remove deep stains?
A: We do our best to treat visible stains, but 100% removal cannot be guaranteed. The results depend on the rug’s material, the type of stain, and how long it has been present. Our process will always improve the appearance and hygiene of the rug, but some permanent marks may remain.
Q6: Can you remove pet urine odours from rugs?
A: For handmade rugs, we can usually remove up to 90% of the odour. Because less moisture can be used during cleaning, the lead time may be longer. Our standard is that a mild trace of odour may only be detectable if you place your nose very close to the rug.
