HART is accredited with the Philippine Embassy – Singapore as well as with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) Manila, Philippine. It is authorized to recruit and hire Filipino workers on behalf of the company’s principal/employers for deployment through its Philippine counterpart.
