General Membership
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card is owned and operated by PT Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk. (“Plaza Indonesia”). Each member is bound by these Terms and Conditions. Misuse of membership cards or program benefits may result in termination of membership or withdrawal of benefits without refund.
- Requirements for Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card :
- Indonesian citizen or foreigner residing in Indonesia aged 17 and above.
- Showing original shopping receipt with minimum purchases in total of Rp 1.000.000 (one million Rupiah)
- Providing copy of valid ID/SIM/KITAS/Passport.
- Fill up and sign the application form which has been provided.
- The following are not eligible to become a member of Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card:
- All employees of tenants at Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center or Grand Hyatt Jakarta and their immediate family (parents, husband/wife, brother, sister and children).
- All employees of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk. and its subsidiaries and auditors and their immediate family (parents, husband/wife, brother, sister and children).
- There are 3 (three) types of Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card:
- Silver : for minimum purchase of Rp 1.000.000 (one million Rupiah) in 1 (one) month;
- Gold : for minimum purchase of Rp 75.000.000 (seventy five million Rupiah) in 1 (one) month; and
- Platinum : for minimum purchase of Rp 300.000.000 (three hundred million Rupiah) in 1 (one) month.
- Membership card will be available to be collected at the soonest 5 (five) working days after submission of the application form.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card is not transferable and used exclusively and only applies to the person whose name appears on the card.
- Plaza Indonesia reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits and other features, of Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card including these Terms and Conditions or to terminate Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card program at any time without prior notice. Although Plaza Indonesia will use reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes, it is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up to date with all the Terms and Conditions of the Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card.
How To Collect Reward Points:
- Point redemption can be made only on the date as stated in the original and valid shopping receipt issued by Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center’ Stores (on the same day of the purchase). Point redemption made after the day and date indicated in the original shopping receipt, cannot be accumulated as point for the Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card and shall not entitled for the lucky draw and Plaza Indonesia is entitled to turn down the receipt.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card holder has to redeem the point in person by showing the privilege card and original ID Card KTP/ SIM/ KITAS /Passport.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card holder shall present the purchased merchandise upon point redemption. Name printed on the original shopping receipt should be the same with the name printed on Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card.
- Upon point redemption Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card holder will be granted an equivalent of 1 (one) point for every spending of Rp 1.000.000, - (one million Rupiah) at luxury, jewelry, watches, & home and furnishing category, Rp 200,000 at selected stores, and Rp 100,000 at food and beverage outlet at Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center.
- The maximum point limit per receipt is 1,000
- Original shopping receipts which can be taken into account for point reward are the final original shopping receipts or original shopping receipt with full payment without minimum value of transaction. Receipts for down payment/ deposit are not entitled to collect points and Plaza Indonesia is entitled to turn down the receipt.
- Receipt with advance payment or deposit, can only be redeemed after the settlement, and redeemable on the same day as the settlement date.
- Points can only be accumulated for purchase of products at retail outlets in Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center, not applicable for :
- Purchase on Plaza Indonesia Gift Vouchers
- Any bank transaction,
- Money changer,
- Telecommunication bill payment and
- Exhibition or bazaar organized by non-Plaza Indonesia stores.
- Any purchases at Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center’s Stores by using voucher except Plaza Indonesia Gift Voucher is not entitled to collect point.
- Transactions from Altitude, Gaia, Enmaru, Salt Grill, Cloud, Osso, Hermes & Club Solitaire.
- Points that are obtained after redemption will be accumulated directly to the previous points.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card holder must show original shopping receipt from purchase transactions at Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center. Any re-prints and/ or duplicate shopping receipts are not entitled to collect points and Plaza Indonesia is entitled to turn down the receipt.
- Shopping receipt to be redeemed should be official and computerized. Handwritten or manual receipts are not entitled to collect points. If the store failed to issue an official and computerized receipt, Plaza Indonesia will turn down the receipt. Except if the receipt can be verified by the store.
- Points registered in the Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card are valid for 3 (three) months from the date of purchase. Points will automatically expire, not valid and cannot be reactivated in 3 (three) months from the date of purchase, without prior notification. Point expiration date is stated in the point redemption receipt.
- Point redemption can be done at the Concierge Level 1 for Platinum members and Level 4 for Silver & Gold members from 10:00 to 22:00 WIB.
Reward Redemption:
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card holder can redeem the reward after the points have been validated.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card and valid ID must be shown upon redemption of reward. Redemption of reward cannot be represented by other parties.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card Silver & Gold Card holder can only redeem maximum 1 (one) of the same reward. For Platinum Card holder, can only redeem maximum 3 (three) of the same reward at one time of redemption
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card holder can only redeem the reward that are available for that particular period.
- Points will automatically be deducted once the reward redemption has been done.
- Rewards will be available for pick up after 14 (fourteen) days after reward redemption.
- Rewards that have been redeemed cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged for any reason and points will be deducted automatically once the redemption has been done.
- Plaza Indonesia shall not be responsible with regard to product quality and/or warranties.
- The rewards are limited and will be given while stocks last. Color or type of rewards depends on the available stock.
- Deadline to collect the reward shall be 6 (six) months from the redemption date indicated on the receipt of redemption. If the respective Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card holder does not pick up the reward until the specified timeline, the reward shall be forfeited and belongs to Plaza Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia shall have no other obligations to the respective Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card holder.
- The redemption rewards are determined solely by Plaza Indonesia.
- Reward redemption can be done at the Concierge Level 1 and Level 4 from 10:00 to 22:00 WIB.
Other Terms & Conditions.
- Any use of the program by a member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment. Plaza Indonesia will not be held liable for loss or damage resulting there from.
- Successful applicants of the Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card will receive a membership card valid for at least 2 (two) years from date of issue and in the event that in 2 (two) years there is no transaction or transactions less than the minimum limit, the Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card will automatically void.
- If the Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card is lost or damaged, a new card may be issued at a cost of Rp 150.000,- for each replacement. Plaza Indonesia is not responsible for stolen or lost card.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card holder is limited to individuals and one card per individual. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate. Each member may only hold one Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card and cannot be held jointly. If it is proven that the member is having more than one card, the said member have to choose one card with points attached to that choosen card and the reward points attached to the other card cannot be transferred.
- Each member of Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card will receive regular SMS and e-mail from the Plaza Indonesia and each member hereby agrees to receive SMS and e-mail from Plaza Indonesia
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card holders shall take reasonable steps to keep their Privilege Card safe at all times and in particular to prevent the card being lost, stolen or used by anyone else.
- Cards and Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card Points is not transferable to another party.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card cannot be used as payment method.
- The Point is derived from shopping transactions at Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center and cannot be purchased or transferred.
- Plaza Indonesia reserves the right to cancel membership when:
- The member did not comply with Terms and Conditions.
- The member is proven giving fraud information about transaction that has been done.
- All members’ data are confidential and will only be in use for the benefit of the program unless required under the prevailing laws and regulations.
- Decisions that have been established by PT Plaza Indonesia Realty are absolute and inviolable.

Keanggotaan Umum
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card dimiliki dan dioperasikan oleh PT Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk. ("Plaza Indonesia"). Setiap anggota terikat oleh Syarat dan Ketentuan ini. Penyalahgunaan kartu keanggotaan atau manfaat program dapat mengakibatkan penghentian keanggotaan atau penarikan manfaat tanpa pengembalian dana.
- Persyaratan Keanggotaan Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card:
- Warga Negara Indonesia atau Warga Negara Asing yang bertempat tinggal di Indonesia berusia 17 tahun ke atas.
- Menunjukkan asli struk belanja dengan akumulasi pembelian minimal Rp 5.000.000 (lima juta Rupiah).
- Memberikan salinan kartu identitas / SIM / KITAS / Passport yang masih berlaku.
- Mengisi dan menandatangani formulir aplikasi yang telah disediakan.
- Berikut ini yang tidak memenuhi syarat untuk menjadi anggota Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card:
- Seluruh karyawan Toko di Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center dan Grand Hyatt Jakarta dan keluarga langsung mereka (orangtua, suami/istri, kakak, adik dan anak).
- Seluruh karyawan PT Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk. dan anak perusahaan, auditor dan keluarga langsung mereka (orangtua, suami/istri, kakak, adik dan anak).
- Terdapat 3 (tiga) jenis Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card:
- Silver : untuk pembelanjaan minimal Rp 1.000.000 (satu juta Rupiah) dalam 1 (satu) bulan;
- Gold : untuk pembelanjaan minimal Rp 75.000.000 (tujuh puluh lima juta Rupiah) dalam 1 (satu) bulan; dan
- Platinum : untuk pembelanjaan minimal Rp 300.000.000 (tiga ratus juta Rupiah) dalam 1 (satu) bulan.
- Kartu anggota akan aktif paling cepat 5 (lima) hari kerja setelah pemohon menyerahkan formulir aplikasi.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card tidak dapat dialihkan dan eksklusif hanya digunakan serta berlaku untuk pihak yang namanya tertera pada kartu.
- Plaza Indonesia berhak untuk memodifikasi struktur, manfaat dan fitur lainnya dari Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card termasuk Syarat dan Ketentuan ini atau untuk mengakhiri program Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Meskipun Plaza Indonesia akan menggunakan upaya yang sewajar-nya untuk memberitahu anggota sehubungan dengan perubahan materi, adalah tanggung jawab anggota untuk mengetahui pembaharuan atas seluruh Syarat dan Ketentuan Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card.
Bagaimana Cara Mengumpulkan Reward Point :
- Penukaran poin hanya dapat dilakukan pada hari dan tanggal yang sama dengan hari dan tanggal pembelanjaan sebagaimana tertera dalam struk pembelanjaan asli yang dikeluarkan secara sah oleh Toko di Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center (pada hari yang sama dengan pembelanjaan). Penukaran poin yang dilakukan lewat dari hari dan tanggal yang tertera dalam struk pembelanjaan asli, tidak dapat akumulasikan sebagai poin di dalam Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card dan tidak berhak untuk mendapatkan nomor seri undian dan Plaza Indonesia berhak menolak struk pembelanjaan tersebut.
- Pemegang Kartu Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card harus melakukan penukaran poin secara langsung (tidak dapat diwakili oleh pihak lain) dengan menunjukkan kartu Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card dan KTP / SIM / KITAS / Passport asli.
- Pemegang Kartu Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card harus memperlihatkan barang pembelanjaan yang dibeli pada saat penukaran poin. Nama yang di cetak di struk pembelanjaan asli harus sama dengan nama yang tercetak di Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card.
- Pada saat penukaran Pemegang Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card akan diberikan 1 (satu) poin untuk setiap pembelanjaan setara dengan Rp 1.000.000, - (satu juta Rupiah) untuk kategori Luxury, Perhiasan, Jam Tangan, & Home & Furnishing, Rp 200.000 untuk selected stores dan Rp 100.000 untuk makanan & minuman di Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center.
- Batas maksimum poin yang diberikan per struk pembelanjaan adalah 1.000 poin untuk semua tenant
- Struk pembelanjaan asli yang dapat diperhitungkan dalam reward point adalah struk final asli atau struk asli dengan pembayaran penuh tanpa ada minimum nilai pembelanjaan. Struk pembayaran uang muka atau deposit tidak berhak untuk ditukarkan poin dan Plaza Indonesia berhak menolak struk pembelanjaan tersebut.
- Struk pembelanjaan dengan pembayaran uang muka atau deposit, hanya dapat dilakukan setelah pelunasan transaksi pembelanjaan, dan ditukarkan pada hari yang sama dengan tanggal pelunasan tersebut.
- Poin hanya dapat diakumulasikan untuk pembelian produk di gerai ritel di Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center, tidak berlaku untuk setiap transaksi-transaksi:
- Pembelian Plaza Indonesia Gift Voucher,
- Perbankan atau ATM,
- Money changer,
- Pembayaran tagihan telekomunikasi
- Pameran atau bazaar yang diselenggarakan bukan oleh toko di Plaza Indonesia.
- Transaksi menggunakan voucher selain Plaza Indonesia Gift Vocuher
- Transaksi dari Altitude, Shabu Gen, Gaia, Enmaru, Salt Grill, Cloud, dan Peony Fine Jewelry
- Poin yang diperoleh setelah penukaran akan diakumulasikan langsung ke poin yang diperoleh sebelumnya.
- Pemegang Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card harus menunjukkan struk pembelanjaan asli dari transaksi pembelian di Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center. Struk yang dicetak ulang dan/atau struk duplikat tidak berhak untuk ditukarkan poin dan Plaza Indonesia berhak menolak struk pembelanjaan tersebut.
- Struk belanja yang akan ditukarkan harus merupakan struk belanja resmi dan terkomputerisasi. Struk pembelanjaan dengan tulisan tangan dan/atau struk pembelanjaan manual tidak berhak untuk penukaran poin. Apabila toko tidak dapat menerbitkan struk belanja resmi terkomputerisasi maka Plaza Indonesia akan menolak struk belanja tersebut. Kecuali struk tersebut dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya oleh toko yang bersangkutan.
- Poin yang terdapat dalam Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card berlaku selama 3 (tiga) bulan sejak tanggal pembelanjaan. Poin akan otomatis kadaluarsa, tidak berlaku dan tidak dapat diaktifkan kembali dalam 3 (tiga) bulan sejak tanggal pembelanjaan, tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Tanggal kadaluarsa poin tertulis dalam struk penukaran poin.
- Pengumpulan poin dapat dilakukan di Concierge Level 1 untuk anggota Platinum dan Level 4 untuk anggota Silver dan Gold setiap hari dari pukul 10.00 – 22.00 WIB.
Penukaran Hadiah:
- Pemegang Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card hanya dapat menukarkan hadiah setelah poin divalidasi.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card dan kartu identitas yang masih berlaku harus ditunjukkan pada saat penukaran hadiah. Penukaran hadiah tidak dapat diwakili oleh pihak lain.
- Pemegang Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card Silver dan Gold hanya dapat menukarkan maksimal 1 (satu) dari hadiah yang sama. Untuk pemegang Kartu Platinum hanya dapat menukarkan maksimal 3 (tiga) dari hadiah pada yang sama di waktu yang sama.
- Pemegang Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card hanya dapat menukarkan hadiah yang tersedia untuk periode berjalan.
- Poin akan otomatis dipotong setelah penukaran hadiah telah dilakukan.
- Hadiah akan tersedia untuk diambil 14 (empat belas) hari setelah penukaran hadiah.
- Hadiah yang telah ditukarkan tidak dapat dibatalkan, dikembalikan atau ditukar dengan alasan apapun dan poin akan dipotong secara otomatis setelah penukaran dilakukan.
- Plaza Indonesia tidak bertanggung jawab berkaitan dengan kualitas produk dan/ atau garansi.
- Persediaan hadiah terbatas dan akan diberikan selama stok tersedia. Warna atau jenis hadiah disesuaikan dengan stok yang tersedia.
- Batas waktu pengambilan hadiah adalah 6 (enam) bulan sejak tanggal penukaran hadiah yang tertera pada struk penukaran hadiah. Apabila Pemegang Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card tersebut tidak mengambil hadiahnya sampai dengan batas waktu yang ditentukan, maka hadiah tersebut akan hangus dan menjadi milik Plaza Indonesia dan Plaza Indonesia tidak memiliki kewajiban apapun terhadap Pemegang Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card tersebut.
- Hadiah yang dapat ditukarkan ditentukan sepenuhnya oleh Plaza Indonesia.
- Penukaran hadiah dapat dilakukan di Concierge Level 1 dan Level 4 setiap hari dari pukul 10.00 – 22.00 WIB.
Ketentuan Lainnya:
- Setiap penggunaan program oleh anggota akan dianggap sebagai penerimaan atas perubahan apapun. Plaza Indonesia tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan atau kerusakan yang diakibatkan daripadanya.
- Pemohon kartu Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card yang memenuhi syarat akan menerima kartu keanggotaan yang berlaku minimal 2 (dua) tahun sejak tanggal penerbitan dan jika dalam 2 (dua) tahun tidak ada transaksi atau transaksi kurang dari batas minimum, Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card akan secara otomatis dibatalkan/tidak berlaku.
- Jika Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card hilang atau rusak, kartu baru dapat diterbitkan dengan biaya Rp 150.000 untuk setiap penggantian. Plaza Indonesia tidak bertanggung jawab atas kartu yang dicuri atau hilang.
- Pemegang kartu Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card terbatas pada individu dan satu kartu per individu. Perusahaan, kemitraan, trust dan entitas lain tidak memenuhi syarat untuk berpartisipasi. Setiap anggota hanya dapat memegang satu kartu Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card dan tidak dapat dimiliki secara bersama-sama. Jika terbukti bahwa anggota memiliki lebih dari satu kartu, anggota harus memilih satu kartu dengan poin yang melekat pada kartu yang dipilih dan poin yang melekat pada kartu lainnya tidak dapat dialihkan.
- Setiap anggota Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card akan secara otomatis menerima SMS dan e-mail reguler dari pihak Plaza Indonesia dan setiap anggota dengan ini setuju untuk menerima SMS dan e-mail reguler dari pihak Plaza Indonesia.
- Pemegang Kartu Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card harus mengambil langkah-langkah yang wajar untuk menjaga kartu Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card aman setiap saat, khususnya untuk mencegah kartu hilang, dicuri atau disalahgunakan oleh orang lain.
- Kartu dan Poin Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card tidak dapat dipindah tangankan ke pihak lain.
- Plaza Indonesia Privilege Card tidak dapat digunakan sebagai alat pembayaran.
- Poin berasal dari transaksi belanja di Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center dan tidak bisa dibeli atau ditransfer.
- Plaza Indonesia berhak untuk membatalkan keanggotaan jika:
