I am just really shocked with the price they offered, saved about $300plus.
I am just really shocked with the price they offered, saved about $300plus. They do have limited stocks, they are very transparent with it. i had ordered an Iphone 14 256GB but they informed me that the stocks ran out and gave me 2 options to either wait longer or special top up to get the 512 as it was their mistake. Delivery was almost immediate but they just couldnt book a rider so i got it the very next day too. took me less than 3 days from placing order to getting phone. ( delivery was free btw) communication via phone call were not possible but they reply whatsapp pretty effectively, but do take note the operating hours too. overall experience awesome!

The boss was flexible enough to re-arrange pick up schedule. Friendly and fuss free, I believe if you declare your device correctly as per Sellup website, there should not be any issues. Bought my phone from this shop via another online platform and found them to be trustworthy, friendly and prompt in responses. Since then, I've been dealing with them regularly for my mobile phones need (ie. buying and selling various mobile phones via them). Their quotes for both buying and selling is fair and is within the range that I can accept. For their used phones, I'm assured of their stated assessment and it has never deviated from what they've advertised. For trade-ins, they'll take the effort to explain the defects and why it caused the slightly lower trade-in pricing (its aligned with assessment from other shops as well) Despite the multiple transactions, their attitude is same as day 1, friendly and assisted to ensure all data are properly transferred from the old to the new phone.
