I attended the "Smarter Business Bootcamp (SBB): Build A Smarter AI Team in 2026" on 17 Dec 2025, conducted by 361 Degree, and found it to be a very engaging and worthwhile 3-hour session. The workshop was well paced and easy to follow, with practical examples that made AI concepts feel less intimidating and more relevant to everyday work. The facilitator (Ken) explained things clearly and encouraged participation (with chocolates), which made the session both interactive and enjoyable. What I appreciated most was how the workshop focused on real day-to-day use cases rather than technical jargon. Overall, it was a refreshing and informative session that left me with a clearer understanding of how to start building a smarter, AI-ready team for the future.

It’s not our innate nature to commend someone in front of someone’s boss and make it a point to locate his boss. But for Soon Chye, we really appreciate and admire his tenacity and dedication to close the deal. We had talked and narrowed down on Zero accounting program prior to COVID 19. However, because of COVID, our company decided to shelve the plan and when we are ready, it just took a phone call and follow-up from Soon Chye in his cheerful self to close the deal just 2 months ago. What makes him and the company endearing are that business relationships is “ finished “once a customer buys the product/program . They actually value add and shared their knowledge through such event like GST Workshop 2022 where customers and vendors can network. Thoughtful in their planning too to enliven dry subject like GST where there are games/ quizzes and vendors to display their products and services to sustain the participants from dozing off on such dry subject. Kudos to the presenter who simplified and highlighted key points for lay people like us. So, once again kudos to the team for a well calibrated presentation and facilitating networking. Looking forward to the next invitations.
