It was my first time staying in a pet friendly hotel. Never stayed before as I never owned a pet until 3 months ago.
I was searching in the internet and even check with friends on their recommendation. My friends usually stay in Airbnb which I don’t really enjoy it so I insisted a hotel instead. A friend of mine who is 5 stars hotel GM recommended Noordin Mews as he usually stays there when he was in penang. I was pretty reluctant to try at first because it is not a typical hotel like we used to stay but a boutique shoplot hotel with street parkings and worried about the cleanliness. Since there are not much of options, so we give it a try and I would say, I have no regrets because I am loving it!
Fast WhatsApp responses since the day I texted them on the room booking. Staffs are extremely friendly! Kudos to May and Eve for being so attentive!
Room with welcome amenities, not only for us but my pet, Bailey as well! Didn’t expect a turndown service from them too. Room was clean and huge. I can placed a play pen in the room and yet, we still have plenty of space for Bailey to run around.
Morning breakfast was great too! I have no negative feedback at all. Everything went well from A to Z. I will definitely return again if I bring along Bailey. Thank you Noordin Mews!! Hope you see your again soon!

Wat een geweldig plekje! Op loopafstand van het mooie Georgetown. In andere reacties lees ik: als je de straat in rijdt dan.... dat klopt, maar als je vervolgens de voordeur doorgaat dan is de goede sfeer direct voelbaar. Bij het inchecken krijg je meteen veel informatie en dit is heel prettig. Je hoort waar je lekker kan gaan eten, wat er allemaal te doen is. Alles is af. Bij een kopje thee krijg je een lekker stukje cake, bij een cocktail een 'knabbeltje'. De kamers zijn geweldig. Heerlijke douches. Kortom: als ik ergens een tweede keer zou komen dan zeker hier!

This place is really adorable, cared for in every detail, clean and with a very professional staff. It is a colonial house with a nice pool and the decorations are very elegant. Breakfast is also very good.

We had an incredible stay at Noordin Mews. Penang was a brilliant city to enjoy for 3 days with plenty of culture and great food. However, a real highlight was staying at this hotel. It is quiet but conveniently located. The courtyard was a beautiful place to relax both in the evenings and during the day. The rooms were tastefully decorated with excellent bathroom facilities and a very comfortable bed. But the thing that stood out the most was the service. Edric on the front desk deserves special mention for being both incredibly charming and helpful, offering useful advice on where to eat or visit, as well as organising taxis and transport. The rest of the staff were very friendly but at no point was the service overbearing, the balance was perfect. Thank you to all the staff at Noordin Mews. We wouldn't have to think twice about staying at this hotel again.

The hotel is in a beautifully restored old building which is located very near to the historic area of town as well as one of the malls for all of your modern conveniences. The breakfast (which was included for us) was very tasty and a great way to start the day. Even beyond this, the staff were infinitely friendly and really made our stay great, if only too short. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Room was nice & spacious, pool was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also great. Would definitely recommend to stay here. The staff are extremely helpful.
