The staff are all very kind and friendly. Consultant Rozy is awesome. The ladies at the reception – Joan, Joy and Dorothy, are very accommodating. My regular therapist Jolin is very professional, very well trained and knows how to deal with my stiff muscles. Overall, pleasant experience with wonderful service. If you want to be pampered and experience an amazing massage, LifeSpa is the place to go.

Have been with them for many years at their Carlton hotel branch for facial and massage. Therapists are experienced, will recommend suitable treatments. Sales staff are not pushy and explain packages in details, recommending affordable packages. Offers ginger/flower tea after each session.

Went for a body massage at Carlton Hotel outlet after a long day and Miko was my masseur. I had very tensed back, stiff neck and shoulders; totally enjoyed and relieved to crack some bones. Haha! Just 60-min and felt revived after. Miko is very attentive and caring, strongly recommend her♡
