What are the different types of meditation you offer?

We offer different forms of meditation:

I am new to sound healing. What’s the difference between Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls in Sound Healing meditation?

Each instrument carries its own unique vibration and will therefore support different aspects of healing through energy and sound.

Gongs help to reduce stress, liberate emotional blockages, release tension in the body, and stimulate the glandular and nervous system.

Tibetan Singing Bowls are used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration, to open the energy flow and eliminate the toxins from the body. When we relax with the sounds of Tibetan bowls, our concentration improves and our emotional tensions and blockages are eased. The sound with its vibrations can ease mental or emotional pain.

The vibration, sound and harmony from the Alchemy Crystal Bowls moves through you, cleansing negative energy accumulated in your mind and body, and retunes your energy field to a higher frequency. The high frequency vibration awakens your Third Eye Chakra (Pineal Gland) and opens your awareness to access the ultimate stillness within. Physically, it brings about the lightness of being. Mentally, it brings about the calmness of mind, cultivates clarity and focus. You may experience lucid dreaming, astral travel, or enhanced imagination during the session.

A single drop-in session is $50 per person. Should you sign up for any membership after your first drop-in class, you will get this class for free. Our memberships can also be shared with family and friends. More details can be found on our website www.space2b.sg/shop

Can you help me to make a booking for a class? Can I pay upon arrival?

We require pre-payment and pre-registration before class.

For us to carry out bookings, please provide the pre-payment receipt, your name, mobile and email.

What to expect

What should I be learning or expecting from the class?

Learning experiences will vary from each individual and may take many forms. This ranges from unlocking a greater sense of self awareness, love and acceptance; cultivating peacefulness and inner calm, and reconnecting to inner energy & power.

Overall, you will experience a return to the self, allowing you to live as the best version of yourself. ❤️

Sound healing classes are effortless and provide an easy and accessible pathway to entering into a meditative state of being (theta brainwave states). By simply lying down, one can experience an internal cleanse by receiving the sounds and vibrations from the session. You emerge feeling refreshed and recharged.

Attire and What to bring

May I know what sort of attire is required for sound healing session?

Please come dressed comfortably. You will mostly be lying down. We provide mats, cushions and blankets so come as you are. You may like to bring some water for after too.

Memberships

I have sessions that expired in my membership. What can I do?

You can choose to roll over your credits if you purchase another membership package. Please email us once you have done so and we can update your membership.

2hrs Workshop credit deduction

How many credits will be deducted for 2hrs workshop from my membership?

You will notice 2 credits are deducted from your membership for this, instead of 1 as it’s a 2hrs workshop. Please confirm that you are aware and ok with it.

Different Dates

I’d love to sign up for one of the training sessions. Do you know if there is any chance they could be held on a weekday?

Yes certainly! We can arrange for you. May we pass your contact details (Name, Mobile) to our sound trainer Yoshie to contact you directly to arrange a suitable date and time.

Certification

What kind of certification will I get after the course?

You will receive a Certificate of Attendance recognised by Yoga Alliance upon completion of the course. If you are a member of the Yoga Alliance, this course can be contributed towards your CEP requirements.

Teaching

I am interested in conducting sound classes after my training. Can I teach after taking this certification? How do I take this further with SPACE2B?

Thank you for your interest in sharing this practice!

Upon completing the training, our students will have the option to hold a graduation class for their family and friends as a trial run. This will take space in our studio space with a senior teacher present to review the session. Invited guests receive a special rate of $30 (instead of $50) per person.

Teaching opportunities at the studio can then be further explored based on the review.

What is the rates for corporate sessions?

Space2B Rates:

$550 per hour : up to 10pax

$650 per hour : 11pax-18pax

$750 per hour : 19pax-50pax

$850 per hour : up to 100pax
