Lunch and dinner are equally transportive affairs, offering local favourites like Singapore Chilli Crab and Australian Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang, best paired with RISE’s Southeast Asia-inspired cocktails. Enjoy a sumptuous spread of fresh sashimi and just-harvested seafood, alongside European and American classics including Beef Wellington and Kagoshima Pork Rack, premium cheeses, charcuterie and freshly baked artisanal breads.
