Chef Jin Hong joined Shangri-La Singapore in 2023, having previously been part of the culinary team at Shangri-La Pudong before his transfer.
With over 14 years of experience across local and international hotels and restaurants, Chef Jin Hong brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to the kitchen. Proficient in managing all-day dining operations and large-scale banquet events, he excels in menu design, recipe development, and exploring innovative cooking techniques. His culinary repertoire spans Chinese, Asian, Western, Indian, and Middle Eastern cuisines, showcasing both versatility and depth of skill.
One of his signature creations at The Line is the Roasted Australian Black Angus Rib Eye with Red Wine Jus, a dish that perfectly reflects his mastery of flavour and technique.

Children's Meal Plan:Shangri-La Circle members: When accompanied by a dine-in adult, up to 2 children of registered in-house hotel guests at the age of 6 and below can enjoy buffet meals at the all-day dining venues at no additional charge. Additional children at the age of 6 and below and all children who are above 6 years of age but under 12 years of age will receive a 50% discount on the adult buffet price. Children of non-registered walk-in guests under the age of 12 will receive a 50% discount on buffet meals at the all-day dining outlets.
