At Bacha Coffee, attentive handling of each harvest from cultivation to bean selection is just as important as our artisanal roast. By sourcing each harvest directly from coffee planters, we ensure the very best cultivation techniques are always applied, guaranteeing the freshest beans will be selected and carefully handled even before they reach our roasting facility.

Bacha Coffee specialises in 100 percent pure Arabica and provides customers with a unique opportunity to travel the world through their cups, tasting only the very best Arabica harvests. Even our distinctive blends and flavoured coffees are produced using only Arabica beans in order to give coffee lovers the widest choice, without ever sacrificing quality or flavour.

Eschewing the industrial shock roasting methods prevalent today, our gourmet coffees are roasted according to traditional slow methods using low temperatures in our drum roaster. Since each variety of coffee requires a different degree of roasting, we hand-roast each of our harvests separately, before gently cooling them in fresh air for better preservation.

Bacha Coffee is proud to use the finest natural CO₂ extraction method to produce our 100% Arabica decaffeinated coffee collection. Bacha Coffee’s first 3-storey Parisian flagship on the Champs-Élysées marks a new chapter for the Moroccan coffee house as it expands its footprint in Europe to bring an unparalleled collection of over 200 varieties of 100% Arabica, along with the art of traditional coffee preparation, exceptional service and coffee gastronomy to Parisian coffee lovers. Located at 26 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, the 1,500 m² space offers a veritable immersion into the heart of a unique experience centred around a celebration of coffee. The palatial space is decked in Bacha Coffee’s iconic decor and colours, presenting a Parisian reinterpretation of Bacha Coffee’s birthplace, the Dar el Bacha in Marrakech. Coffee Masters welcome customers to a sumptuous coffee boutique, a 100-seat elegant Coffee Room concept composed of five distinctive spaces spread over two floors and unique Takeaway experience allowing coffee lovers to extend their experience wherever they go.

Our story begins in 1910, at the heart of the Marrakech, hidden within the spectacular Dar el Bacha palace where the greatest cultural and political minds of the century gathered over glittering pots of Moka, as the "coffee of Arabia" or Arabica, used to be called. Now located inside in the Museum of Cultural Confluences of the Dar el Bacha, Bacha Coffee revives a century of time-honoured expertise of hand-roasted beans, bespoke grinds, traditional preparation and elegant service. The restoration undertaken by the National Foundation of Museums of the Kingdom of the original Bacha Coffee Room in Marrakech, Morocco ensures that the breath-taking skylight, geometric patterned trellis, original black-and-white marble floors, brass chandeliers, carved natural cedar woodwork and walls of Bacha Coffee canisters will continue to surprise and delight guests for years to come. Bacha Coffee is taking flight and launching its largest destination in the world at Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 3. The new space is a capacious 7,000 square foot boutique and takeaway destination with magnificent illuminated glass arches that reveal a library of coffee canisters rising 11 metres high. A monumental ceiling embellished by hand-painted stained-glass soars above, bathing the space with the colours of the legendary brand.
