Overcoming Mental Illness

YouthReach played one of the important roles in my recovery. My communication skills and interaction with others improved. I learnt to set realistic and manageable goals with my social worker and manage my condition with small and simple steps. YouthReach was a place I could rely on, to integrate back to society gradually. I made friends with other youths and it was like a safe and inclusive community. – Nigel
