XingRui served as a speech therapist for several of my students. In the two years that she worked with them, I observed the children looking forward to their weekly intervention sessions with her. She is a sincere therapist who adapts her sessions to meet each student's unique needs and comfort level. In one memorable instance, I saw XingRui meet my student's preference by joining him at a counter—rather than at the usual table and chair setup—as they worked together on speech sounds.
