About Dr. Allen
Dr. Allen was born in Tehran, Iran to an upper middle class family where his father was a dentist and his mother a Pharmacy Student. Allen grew up in Iran until he was 8 years old and then moved to London, where his father was doing a training in the department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at King's College Hospital of London. Upon return to Iran, the Shah was overthrown in 1979 revolution, Allen and his sister along with their mother moved to Oldenburg, Germany awaiting their immigration to United States.

Young Allen Growing Up in The United States 1980-1990
Allen always dreamed of moving to the United States and with the supports of his parents, he and his sister moved to America. Allen attended Interlake High School in Bellevue, Washington where he graduated at early age of 16. From there he studied at Seattle University and by scoring high on his DAT examination, he was accepted to 9 dental schools by the time he was only 19 years old. He picked Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and he graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery by the time he was 23 years old as the youngest dentist every graduated from Creighton.
Early Professional CareerAs a Dentist 1990-2002
Dr. Allen began working as a dentist at a young age of 23 as a clinical instructor at USC school of dentistry in Los Angeles and one year later, he moved back to Seattle area where he grew up. By the age of 28, he owned and managed 5 dental practices with over 100 employees. Though highly successful, the chaos in managing a very large practice coupled with an unexpected stress related health problem, forced him to become an early student of various leadership programs such as the Ritz-Carlton, Disney University and The John Maxwell. After exiting his dental practices successfully and retiring at the age of 36, he moved back to California in 2002 to pursue his next venture.
Mid Career ProfessionalDentist/Consultant 2002-2014
After retiring at the young age of 36 and achieving complete financial independence, Dr. Allen made the bold decision to launch the very first upscale dental group in Palm Desert, California that operated solely on a fee-for-service basis. Drawing from his expertise in business inspired by the exceptional management and customer service practices of the Ritz-Carlton, his dental practice quickly gained widespread acclaim. Serving a clientele ranging from high-profile models and celebrities to industry titans like Liz Koch of Koch Industries, Bill Gates the Co-Founder of Microsoft, Dennis Washington of Washington Industries, and Richard & Wendy Heckmann of Phoenix Sun, among others, Dr. Allen's services became highly sought after.
His remarkable success caught the attention of major dental groups, leading Dr. Allen to venture into a new career path in consulting and management by the age of 40. However, in 2012, Dr. Allen's remarkable achievements sparked envy among some rival dentists, who orchestrated a series of legal disputes by instigating a naive but greeedy patients to challenge his work. Faced with this adversity, Dr. Allen opted to step back from his thriving private practice and redirect his focus towards sharing his knowledge and passion by educating fellow dentists on how to achieve success. His ultimate goal was to inspire a culture where dentists could celebrate each other's accomplishments rather than resenting the achievements of those who attained exceptional success, like himself.
Consulting, Business Development, Investment Banking, M&A Advisory
Beginning 2012, Dr. Allen began his career shift from being a full time dentist to becoming a full time consultant offering his expertise to large dental groups in Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States. He consulted with some of the largest privately and publicly listed dental groups where he was solely responsible for launching international markets for MALO Clinic, Smile Direct Club to name a few. Additionally, he completed his MBA studies at University of Bedfordshire where he became the first medical doctor with a formal education in M&A and Investment Banking. Dr. Allen is now the Managing Partner at PRIME exits and Manging Director at American Healthcare Capital.

Creighton has one of the best dental schools as it lacks post graduate dental specialty program and that allows general dentists to become highly experienced in all types of dental specialties. I place my first 3 dental implants as a dental student in 1989.
