The reinvention of a classic, The Grill is the crown jewel of Manhattan’s Seagram Building and the celebrated successor to the famed Four Seasons restaurant.

The Grill is housed within the only landmarked dining rooms in the United States. Here, guests are swept into a world of midcentury splendor, where debonair service captains attend to every need, the collection of wine and spirits is without equal, and the menu presents expertly prepared dishes from the American chophouse tradition to dazzling effect. The signature Prime Rib, carved tableside on a gleaming cart, is reason alone to visit.

New York Elegance

Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion. Any guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry. No shorts, open-toed shoes, or tank tops. Athletic wear and baseball caps are kindly prohibited.

Events and Private Dining

The Grill can accommodate large parties of up to 37 seated in our two private dining rooms. The Salon can accommodate up to 15 guests seated and the Gallery can accommodate up to 22 guests seated.

The Pool, our premiere events space situated next door to The Grill, can accommodate 180 seated on the main level and an additional 80 seated when including The Lounge. We can accommodate reception style events for up to 350 guests. The Grill can be booked in conjunction with The Pool for reception style events for up to 600 guests. The Grill can be used for a cocktail reception followed by a seated event in The Pool for up to 300 guests.
