Saga is a fine dining restaurant perched on the 63rd floor of 70 Pine Street, a landmark Art Deco tower in New York’s Financial District.
The food at Saga is honest, fundamental cooking that pushes boundaries while staying rooted in excellence - every element is mastered with love and respect, creating meals that nourish and build community.
Designed by Clinton & Russell, Holton & George, and completed in 1932, 70 Pine is the Financial District’s last great Jazz Age skyscraper, adorned with impeccably preserved Art Deco ornamentation.
The tower was commissioned by the founder of the Cities Service Company (Cities Service became Citgo in 1965 and later moved its headquarters to Tulsa). American International Group bought the building in 1976 and renamed it the American International Building.
SAGA and Overstory opened to the public in August of 2021.
