Our Story
Inspired by the carefree spirit and the philosophy of La Belle Époque era, BOUCHERIE was created to be the perfect blend of an indulgent steakhouse and a refined Parisian brasserie. BOUCHERIE aims to provide an unforgettable brasserie dining experience, inspired by the most natural methods possible of sourcing and preparing food.
The Group
The Group crafts authentic spaces where centuries-old French, Italian and Japanese culture meet American metropolis. Properties and concepts include the award-winning Omakase Room, OLIO E PIÙ, La Grande Boucherie, Boucherie West Village, Boucherie Union Square, and Petite Boucherie. The company continues to expand nationally in Miami, Chicago and Washington D.C., drawing inspiration from the local food scene and building long-term relationships within each community.
