Swimming is also a healthy sport which involves all aspects of your body – heart, hands, legs, sight and even mental! Whether you are a child just learning how to swim, or an adult who has never learnt how to swim properly or an elderly person who just want to strengthen your muscles and health, swimming is for you.

Learn how to swim with our fully qualified and experienced swimming instructors, both male and female, who are certified by the Singapore Sports Council and Singapore Swimming Teachers’ Association.

Ladies Swimming Classes Restart after Covid-19 Rules :

Ladies Group Classes

Heartbeat@Bedok : Tue 7.30pm, Fri 8pm

Pasir Ris : Sat 12pm or 1pm

Pasir Ris : Sun 3pm or 4pmQueenstown : Sun 3pm

Fees per pax in a group class are $340 for 8 lessons of 45 mins, payable on the first lesson.

Adults (mixed males and females) Group Classes

Clementi : Sat and Sun 5pm

Toa Payoh : Tue 6pm

Bishan : Wed 7pm

Fees per pax in a group class are $340 for 8 lessons of 45 mins, payable on the first lesson.

Private 1-1 time slots conducted by female coaches are available at these public swimming complexes and other swimming complexes or condos

Ang Mo Kio : Fri 4pm

Queenstown : Sun 4pm

Pasir Ris : Sun 4pm

Clementi : Sat and Sun 3pm by male coach

Fees for a private 1-1 class are $320-340 for 4 lessons of 45 mins, payable on the first lesson.

Fees for kids’ group swimming class are $100-$120 for 4 lessons of 45 mins,  payable on the first lesson.
