I’m sure I must have seemed repetitive asking for technical support again and again, but the staff were consistently patient, professional, and very clear in addressing all my concerns. Chatted with a customer service agent named Mira and I must say that she assisted and addressed my concerns very efficiently and professionally.
To put my doubts to rest, easy parcel would do what many other service providers wouldn’t and that is to follow up on my queries via email…by checking in and updating me on the status.
Going the extra mile would certainly make the customer’s experience a positive and favourable one as it did with me.
Will definitely be engaging in easy parcel’s services and would surely recommend to those looking for domestic or international shipping with reasonable rates.
