Absolutely wonderful place and initiative in the heartlands. Interior was awesome and fully furnished and equipped. Everything you wanted in a gym is available there. Worth a visit!

A clean and spacious gym with a wide range of equipments for use. Brightly lit with aircon, bathroom, shower room - heater and hair dryer, water dispenser and changing rooms. I enjoyed their daily opening hours from 6am to 12 midnight catered for busy office workers when they are back home. Tugged near Bishan Park 1 provided convenience for park joggers to workout instead of travelling out to use gym. I'm so surprised and elated to have found this gym near my Bishan neighbourhood.
