Went to Expo today just to window shop and look around. That's when I my wife and I chance upon Kai who was approachable and provided excellent customer service to us! We have tried many sofa over the years and was extremely particular based on our own experience and wanted something that suits us. Plan-B living sofa (refer to pictures attached) was what we always wanted for comfort and the choice to customise the fabric and colour accordingly. We are glad that Kai served us well and also went above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied with our purchases, will highly recommend Kai and their team for professionalism without any hard selling unlike other vendors we met at Expo fair
