Getting my 4 month old mini golden doodle Churro from Paw Palace last year was the best decision ever!! Jeun and Gwen were so lovely from the start - they helped to care for my puppy for an extra week while i had to travel for work, and let me visit + sent me lots of updates. As an anxious dog owner i had tons of questions which they always responded super quickly which helped ease me in to the first few weeks with Churro. Both me and my pup love Paw Palace so much we still visit monthly for grooming sessions and keep them updated on his progress regularly. I can’t recommend enough.Thanks so much for everything!!

Special thanks to Kody who served me, was unsure of which puppy would suit me and was very unsure of how to take care of a puppy as a first time owner. But she reassured me and patiently explained a lot of things to me. Also had some questions after going home and would like to say that they really are a 24/7 tailor made puppy help service 😅 Didn't expect a reply at 3 am in the morning but they did ! My puppy also just came back for her first grooming today, and was very impressed by Ashley ! She was not the pushy type to say "oh must do full groom" but instead she suggested doing a half full groom as her fur overall was still quite short ! Shop was very clean and spacious and everyone else was very kind and friendly :) All in all, thank you to everyone in the paw palace team ! Will definitely recommend more friends to come and get a puppy from you guys 🤍

Jeun and Gwen was very nice and friendly, understood all my worries and reassured me many times. they were also patient and there everytime we had a question and doubts. they will still check up on us and how puppy is doing, ensuring that they are well cared for and very good at guiding us as first time pet owners ☺️ Ashley is also a very good groomer, understood what i wanted and never forced her ideas on us, she also took the time to teach us how to brush our puppy at home to prevent tangles. can tell that they all really care for the dogs wellbeing! really feels like we’re apart of the paw palace family and not just a shop to get puppies from. would 10/10 recommend them to friends and family. if you’re looking for a puppy, paw palace is the place to go ! :)

got my very unique rare colored maltipoo from pawpalace~ super cute n quirky temperament and gets along super well with my pups at home. I can easily tell that they have sourced their pups from ethical breeders as her personality doesnt appear skittish and is always a confident pup. Bonus points was that she has already came potty trained the night i brought her home. Staffs were all super friendly n helpful in everything i need. 👍

We got our lovely mini dachshund from Paw Palace SG. Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They treated all puppies very well. I visited mine almost everyday before we could bring her home (due to her last vaccination). Puppies were always happy and well socialised. To top it all, puppies were also partial paper trained.
